Madi and her hives

Madi had hives again so I called the dr. They nurse said if she has a temp she should stay home form school. She had a temp of 99.6 so I gave her benadryl and she fell asleep on the floor while waiting for me to put Aly Down for a nap. Sweet thing!

First day of skiing this season

Dylan is so excited to be going skiing today with Caleb and Daniel!

Wa wa

While I stuffed Christmas cards Aly and Madi played quietly. Aly asked for "wa wa" aka water and I mumbled "ok" and looked over at the counter to find her in the sink with a cup!

Madi's hair

When we got home from the Christmas Dance Recital I sent the girls upstairs to get their PJs on and when Madi came down she asked for help with the elastic in her hair. As I combed her hair a clump of hair came out. I thought it was something I'd done so I hid it (as all good moms do) since I didn't want to upset her. When the second clump came out the spikey hairs popped up and I knew someone had found the scissors. Madi explained she didn't cut her hair she cut the elastic that was IN her hair. "Phew Madi! That makes all the difference!" ;-(

Dance Attack 2011

Kate worked so hard for the three days at Dance Attack. She lost her first front tooth (yippee) and fell on face and got a pretty bad scrape (booooo!). All in all it was a great time, especially bunking with Monika and Brinlee!
