The kids were excited to go back to school and see their friends but Dylan wasn't so thrilled about having homework again (Ben says, "that's my boy!"). I can't blame him. He does seem to be taking after me a little because he shared my enthusiasm for buying new school supplies!
Just in case you are wondering this is a "2" sign, as in 2nd Grade, not a peace sign.
Kate has one more year of preschool which is fine with me because that means I get to spend more time with her. 
Madi wanted in on the action so she sat down with Kate and Dylan for this picture. I love these monkeys!
